The service
A swimming pool is a piece of civil engineering before it is a design feature: a reinforced concrete shell that must stay watertight for years, on ground that moves with heat and watering. We treat it like the structural work of a house, with the structural engineering consultancy for the structure.
We build standard skimmer pools, infinity pools on sloping plots or terraces, indoor or covered heated pools, and we renovate pools that leak or are showing their age. Every stage is photographed, and the shell is water-tested for watertightness before the finish is applied.

Swimming pool: your questions.
01Do I need a permit to build a swimming pool?
Yes, a swimming pool is among the works that require a permit: it is included in the villa’s building permit, or covered by an application to the municipality if it is added later. Your architect checks what your municipality requires before work starts.
02How long does the build take?
Generally allow two to three months for a standard pool, longer for an infinity or indoor pool. The schedule is set in the quote and tracked visit by visit.
03Which finish should I choose?
Zellige is traditional and durable, but needs careful laying and joints suited to treated water. Mosaic and stone give other looks; render is more economical. We show you samples before ordering.
