The service

You have a plot of land and a plan for a house. You want a single point of contact, so that trades, quotes and responsibilities are not scattered across several parties.

We take charge of the entire residential project: design study and costing, structural work, building services and fit-out, finishing works, site management and handover. Each phase is documented and approved with you before we move on to the next.

  7. 07Shared schedule and photo progress reports, available online

01Can we start with the plans only?

Yes. We can begin with the design study, sketches and costing, then organise the works once everything is approved.

02Is the quote itemised?

Yes. Each item is listed separately with quantities, product references and unit prices, so you know exactly where your budget goes.

03How are timescales monitored?

The build starts with a schedule by phase. Milestones are tracked, and any adjustments are communicated before they hold up the work.
