Press room, the facts in brief.
Who we are, what we build and how to reach us. Everything on this page is already published on mmj.ma; our clients are never named.
In a few lines.
Multi-Service de Marrakech Junior is a young general building contractor, based in Marrakech and working across Morocco.
It takes on new-build projects from the design stage: the architect, the engineering consultancy and the craftsmen are coordinated under a single contract.
Its method: an itemised quote, a written schedule and a photo report after every site visit, which the client can view online.
Its first two projects: restoring a riad in the Rabat medina and building a community centre near Asni, in the High Atlas.
Two projects, two stories.
Restoring a riad in the Rabat medina without damaging its decoration; building in the mountains for a foundation while documenting every change. Two ongoing projects, published with our clients’ consent, without their names.
Restoring a riad in the Rabat medina.
A listed riad in the heart of the medina: carved plaster decoration, painted cedar ceilings, original zellige. Structure to strengthen, floors to rebuild, services to install, without damaging the heritage.

Community centre in the High Atlas.
A new building in the mountains for a foundation: structural work, then finishes upgraded along the way, from imported tiles to decorative ceilings and made-to-measure cedar joinery.
