The service
Structural work is the load-bearing frame of your house. It is the part you no longer see once the house is finished, and the one that leaves no room for approximation.
Each stage is checked and approved before the next, to ensure the building is compliant and durable. Materials are traced and the delivery notes are passed on to you.
Structural work can be part of a turnkey project or ordered on its own, based on approved plans.
The new structure is designed and built to integrate with the existing building.
We check the condition of the existing structure before resuming work.
FAQ
Yes. Structural work can be ordered on its own, based on approved plans and an itemised quote.
Materials are specified in the quote and traced on delivery. Every critical stage is inspected before moving on to the next.

Electrics, plumbing, insulation, doors and windows, and plasterwork: all the technical trades coordinated by a single point of contact.

A single point of contact from the first drawing to the handover of the keys: design study, structural work, building services and fit-out, finishing works and handover.

Your build has stopped, is poorly supervised or is hard to get going again: diagnosis, technical priorities, correction of non-compliant work and restart.
