Our projects
Our builds, documented from day one.
We are a young company: our first builds, a riad in a medina and a community centre in the High Atlas, are under way with an architect, a structural engineering consultancy and a technical inspection firm. They are published here with our clients’ consent, without their names.

Our builds, in progress.
Two very different projects, monitored within the same framework: photo reports at every visit, schedules tracked task by task, decisions in writing.

Restoring a riad in the Rabat medina.
A listed riad in the heart of the medina: carved plaster decoration, painted cedar ceilings, original zellige. Structure to strengthen, floors to rebuild, services to install, without damaging the heritage.

Community centre in the High Atlas.
A new building in the mountains for a foundation: structural work, then finishes upgraded along the way, from imported tiles to decorative ceilings and made-to-measure cedar joinery.

Each type of work follows the same framework: itemised quote, written schedule, documented monitoring and a joint handover inspection.

See a build before you decide.
Tell us your town, the type of project and what stage you are at. We will show you how our current builds are monitored — photo reports, schedule, documents — and, where possible, arrange a visit on site.
